Born and raised in Buôn Ma Thuột, the coffee capital of Vietnam, our founder grew up surrounded by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, slow mornings, and conversations shared over a traditional phin. Coffee was never just a drink — it was part of everyday life, filled with memories and connection.
The Phin was created to bring that feeling here.
Every cup is brewed slowly and intentionally, honoring the traditional Vietnamese phin while blending in modern flavors, ceremonial-grade matcha, and handcrafted creams. We believe great coffee should encourage people to slow down, feel comfort, and stay a little longer.
